- Can I deliver the output without your branding?
- Yes, on every plan. Generated images never carry a watermark — the only GENCY mark anywhere is one credit line in the README text file inside the export bundle, which you can delete before you hand the folder over.
- How many clients can I run?
- Free is 1 workspace, Plus is 5, Growth is 10, Pro is 50, and Enterprise is unlimited. One workspace holds one client's brand.
- Do my team members need their own subscriptions?
- No. Seats are included in the plan — 2 on Growth, 5 on Pro — and they share the account's credits and workspaces.
- What about clients selling outside the US?
- Translation into 12 languages is available on Growth and above. The layout re-fits per language, so you are not shipping English artwork with translated captions pasted on.
- Is there an API?
- Yes — REST API and an MCP server, available from Plus. If you already have a delivery pipeline, you can drive generation from it instead of the dashboard.
