How to delete your data

You can request deletion of your GENCY lite account and the data associated with it. If you signed up using Facebook Login, the information we received from Facebook (your name, email address, and Facebook user ID) is deleted as part of the same request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@studiolab.ai with the subject “Account deletion request”.
  2. Include the email address you signed up with. If you used Facebook Login, this is the email address on your Facebook account.
  3. Sending the request from that same email address is fastest. If you write from a different address we may ask for additional verification.
  4. We process the request and reply within 7 business days of receiving it.

What gets deleted

Deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days; backups age out on their normal rotation schedule.

What we must keep

Records we are legally required to retain cannot be deleted. Payment, contract, and withdrawal records are kept for 5 years, and consumer complaint / dispute records for 3 years (Korean e-commerce law). These records are not used for any other purpose and are destroyed when the retention period ends.

If you only want to disconnect Facebook

To keep your account but remove the Facebook connection, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook and remove GENCY Lite. Your account and your work stay intact and you can sign in with email and password afterwards. To erase the data as well, use the deletion request above.
